Mr. Juwan "Lavell" Ross, 21, of Providence, R.I. entered in eternal rest on Friday, November 1, 2019 at Roger Williams Hospital. He was the son of Tyffannie Ross and Steven C. Robinson. Juwan was a life-long member of Shiloh Gospel Temple Church.

Mr. Juwan was a senior at Mt. Pleasant High School Birch Academy’s Graduating Class of 2020. Although he faced a lot of challenges, he persevered through them all. Juwan was a creative artist who enjoyed drawing and watching Anime as well as singing and listening to music. Juwan was a fan and a collector of Pokémon. In his spare time, he would play video games with his brothers or he would draw superheroes.

Juwan was a humble, loving, creating, outgoing, friendly and extremely smart. Simply speaking, he was a remarkable young man! His outstanding smile and brilliant personality embraced life and others as well.

Besides his loving and supportive parents, he leaves behind his grandmothers, Ms. Alesia Ross of Pawtucket, R.I. and Ms. Eva Robinson of Providence, R.I.; his grandfathers, Mr. John Tate of Tennessee, and Mr. David Robinson of Providence, R.I. 4 siblings: Rashard Ross-Brown, Alonzo Ross-Brown, Chanel Ross, and Toni Robinson. He leaves behinds several aunts, great aunts, uncles, as well as great uncles.

Juwan will always be in our hearts and greatly missed.

Services will be held on Saturday morning, November 16th starting at 10:15am followed by a service and burial in North Burial Ground, Providence.
